If you’d like to study while working, you can attend an evening course once or twice a week. In addition, ILS Zürich offers Saturday courses, private lessons, business English, conversation courses, and courses for learners aged 50 and older.
Yes. The English courses start at Level A1. You don't need any advanced prior knowledge to take a beginner's course. If you already speak English, you can take the free placement test to find out which level is best for you.
Regular, active speaking is particularly important. In addition to general English courses, ILS Zürich offers a conversation course that focuses on oral communication. Private lessons can also be tailored to emphasize pronunciation, vocabulary, and speaking fluently.
Yes. ILS Zürich offers the Oxford Test of English. The OTE is a digital test that assesses reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills. In addition, ILS offers preparation courses for Cambridge exams.
